Being able to access care online meant that I did not have to fret whether the building was wheelchair accessible. (Many medical clinics are not accessible.) I did not have to book a specialized vehicle to take me to the appointment either. I hope this service is an option after Covid-19, as many people with disabilities benefit from this virtual accomodation.
