Our virtual care service is available to you and your family and dependents. Family and dependents refer to your spouse or common-law partner, and dependent children/stepchildren/foster-children under the age of 25, provided that those children between 17 and 25 years of age are attending an accredited college or a university as a full-time student.
Prescriptions (except for narcotic pain medications and benzodiazepines), referrals to specialists, sick notes, and lab work and/or imaging can be fulfilled at the clinical discretion of the provider.
Our nurse practitioners will help to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications for non-emergency conditions including but not limited to:

Yes. When accessing care via the web or a mobile device, each virtual visit uses secure technology, encrypting all communication over the internet. In addition, our service is compliant with all HIPAA and PHIPA regulations. All patients’ personal medical records will be confidential.
