Yes, you can request a specific doctor by sending a message when you book your appointment. If you’re requesting a doctor you have seen before, we recognize this can help with continuity of care.
Appointments are subject to availability of our doctors but we always try to accommodate when possible. Just request the doctor in the message box when making your online booking.
Once we have your request, the system will try to schedule you with the same doctor you saw on your last visit based on their availability; or we will provide an option for the next available appointment with the requested doctor.

Many of them have their own in-person family practice with Enhanced Care and regularly provide virtual care at Gotodoctor.ca. There is a 14-day waiting period for new eligible members of Quick Health Access and their families (if applicable) to access Gotodoctor.ca services. After this waiting period, you are welcome to begin using these services according to your needs.
If you are an eligible Quick Health Access member and have a spouse/family plan, they are also eligible for Gotodoctor.ca services.
