Family and dependents refer to your spouse or common-law partner, and dependent children/stepchildren/foster-children under the age of 25, provided that those children between 17 and 25 years of age are attending an accredited college or a university as a full-time student.
Our physicians can provide initial mental health support when needed and connect you to our network of social workers, psychologists, and psychotherapists to ensure you receive the care you require in a timely manner.
If you are an eligible Cleveland Clinic Canada patient and have a spouse/family plan, they are also eligible for Gotodoctor.ca services.
You can indicate that you have lab results that you want your doctor to review when you book your appointment. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the information to us at that time.
A lab order or referral can be provided by your doctor as needed.
