We are thrilled to announce that GotoDoctor has achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of over 70%, an “Excellent” rating, in our August 2024 member survey.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a key metric used to measure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand recognition by assessing how likely customers are to recommend a company’s services to others.
