August 22, 2021 – Gotodoctor.ca (Teledact Inc.), a leader in virtual care, is pleased to welcome Peter Kim as the new VP, Corporate Development. 

Peter has over 18 years of experience in financial services and capital markets, with a specialized expertise in the go-public process having taken two start-up public in the past 5 years. He has a demonstrated history of improving liquidity for small and mid-cap companies, in conjunction with successfully raising capital, through equity, debenture and derivative private placements. 

He is experienced in working with both private and public companies through all stages of financing, through which he has developed a deep network of institutional and private investors. Most recently, his major undertakings include financing and other corporate development activities inclusive of the Go-Public process, sales initiatives and vertical expansion through Joint Venture opportunities.

Together with the senior leadership at Gotodoctor.ca, Peter will be leading on financing initiatives and also further the external partnership and acquisition projects. We welcome Peter joining our team and together we will accelerate the expansion of our virtual care service across Canada.
