July 26, 2022 – Gotodoctor.ca (“GTD” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the Company has reached an agreement to acquire its second Manitoba based medical clinic, located  in Winnipeg.

Gotodoctor.ca is a leading healthcare solutions company that delivers comprehensive virtual and in-person primary physician care for government, insurance providers and other organizations across Canada. While virtual physician care at home and work are convenient, not all patients have access and more so many health concerns cannot be addressed remotely. Gotodoctor.ca has established its unique service distribution model by integrating virtual care with pharmacies and in-person clinics. Patients will be able to find a virtual or in-person clinic location near them and get assistance from physicians, pharmacists, health professionals and diagnostic tools on-site.

This new clinic location is located at the South end of Winnipeg, near the University of Manitoba and Victoria General Hospital, in a community of over 10,000 residents. The clinic has been established for more than a decade and houses multiple family practices. The clinic and its physicians will join the other primary care clinic and also the network of pharmacy virtual clinics, significantly expanding its capacity and capability in the region.
