November 26, 2023 – Gotodoctor.ca, a leading platform enabling seamless access to healthcare services, celebrates the groundbreaking of its latest in-person medical clinic at Richview Square in Etobicoke, ON.  

Gotodoctor is the first and largest healthcare platform in Canada bridging public healthcare and corporate benefits services. The company offers a combination of in-person and virtual healthcare through its 250+ CareBridge pharmacy and medical clinic Service Sites – supporting more medical conditions and removing the limitation of pure virtual care. Through the partnership with Rexall, this in-person clinic is the launch of a new Hub and Spoke physician care distribution model. The clinic will act as the Hub supporting a large number of Rexall pharmacies (Spoke) within the region. It will also be able to transition patients from pure virtual care to comprehensive in-person care by referring them to this dedicated in-person clinic Hub. 

This project was first announced in July of this year – link. Constructions are now actively underway with both the Rexall and Gotodoctor teams working closely to ensure the project is executed according to plan and successfully. The expected clinic open date will be in the first quarter of 2024.
