March 16, 2022 – Gotodoctor.ca (Teledact Inc.), a leading provider of virtual and primary care services in Canada, and Enhanced Care Clinic are pleased to announce the partnership with the Southlake Community Ontario Health Teams (“Southlake Community OHT”), on the opening of a new Covid-19, Cold, and Flu Care Clinic in Georgina, on March 17, 2022. The clinic is available in evenings and weekends, and allows patients to book appointments online directly.

The clinic will be operated by Southlake Community OHT partner Enhanced Care Clinic and GoToDoctor.ca and will be staffed by physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals from the local communities. The clinic is not a COVID-19 assessment centre, but focuses on providing in-person care for those experiencing moderate cold, flu, or COVID-like symptoms, a service that is not offered by most in-person clinics and is particularly difficult to access in the rural or underserved areas.
