August 30, 2023 – Gotodoctor.ca, a leading technology healthcare platform for Canadian enterprises, is excited to announce the company has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire a BC-based medical clinic located in Burnaby, British Columbia. This new in-person clinic will be an addition to the 17 already existing CareBridge pharmacy and clinic Service Sites in the province.

This new in-person medical clinic at Burnaby has a group of family physicians and also provides services to patients in Korean, Farsi and Chinese. All the existing physicians will continue their practice, with the opportunity to expand service capacity with additional physicians. The transaction is expected to be completed by early Q4 of this year, after the due diligence review process.
